Administrative Assistant – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. The team you’ll be part of:

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Software Configuration Management tribe focuses on automated processes and solutions for CI/CD/DevOps needs of the Mobile Networks (MN) Business Group. We deliver services and provide Continuous Integration frameworks for multiple units, including Central CI for the final SW product of MN. You will be responsible for supporting your team in daily office tasks and providing administrative assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our team, you will:

• running orders and invoices
• managing inventory
• supporting recruitment process
• organizing internal trainings
• maintaining different databases and making reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

You should have:

• Active student status (for at least one year)
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Good skills in MS office and IT Tools
• Excellent skills in planning and organizing

It would be nice if you also had:

• a collaborative work style with a focus on action
• a problem-solving attitude
• an ability to prioritize and keep things under control
• an ability to interact in a global organization
