Are you a tech-savvy and creative individual looking to launch your career in Learning and Development? Our company is seeking highly motivated and skilled Students to join our Nokia Learning team and gain hands-on experience in developing a wholesome learning experience based on modern learning principles driven by AR/VR technologies.
As an eLearning production trainee, you will be part of a global team with the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to learn about the implementation and integration of innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible to create engaging, high quality learning content using modern authoring tools, that will support concepts of learning on the go, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Learn about modern learning and design methodologies
• Learn and gain experience on authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, RISE, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia
• Develop high quality learning content on Nokia products for Nokia employees and Nokia customers
• Develop high quality content for skill-based trainings for Nokia Business Groups
• Be involved in the various phases like, storyboarding, prototyping, instructional design, animation, graphics design, audio & video, interaction/assessment creation, Integration of all the instructional formats and elements and delivery of the final course package
• Learn about the different content platforms, Content and Learning Management Systems, Nokia Learn app, Learning Space (Virtual training space) etc.

Summer Trainee internship is dedicated to people with active student status. The internship usually starts on July 1^st and ends on 30^th of September.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Student status
• Large autonomy in work, the ability to ask for support, good communication, and strong attention to details, are essential human skills for this internship
• Knowledge on MS PowerPoint, basic graphic design, animation
• Adaptable, flexible and most importantly having a creative vision on content creation
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
