HR Support – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the Share Services world. Position: HR Support – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong)
Date: 1.05.2025 – 30.04.2026
Location: Poland, Wrocław (hybrid)
Education Recommendations: Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field

The Nokia Business Services (NBS) organization is a team of around 2,000 people providing world-class, technology enhanced, in-house services and thought leadership to Nokia’s business groups and corporate functions to help maintain economies of scale, reduce bureaucracy, increase flexibility and create more value and impact to the business. As a global capability center, NBS offers a wide range of People, Finance, Sales and Corporate related services to the entire company.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As a part of our team, you will:

• Support employee life cycle operations and transactions for all global People (HR) domains and policies
• Support employees with their global People (HR) queries, providing guidance to them.
• Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Participate in internal processes and projects related to but not limited to: standardization, automation, transformation of Global Care processes
• Engage with stakeholders and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and continuously track and leverage their feedback to improve services

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Active student status for at least one year from the time of hire
• Good English language  skills in both writing and speaking
• Openness to hybrid work from the Wrocław office
• Familiarity with HR best practices and trends

It would be nice if you also had:

• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Oracle, ServiceNow) and managing ticketing workflows
• Some previous working experience and employee or customer support
• 3rd language, e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, etc.
