HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our Team you will: 

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that translates complex concepts into user-friendly formats.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials that enhance user understanding and adoption of products.
• Integrate AI tools to automate content creation and improve the efficiency of document updates.
• Collaborate with product experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all materials.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve documentation and training resources.
• Serve as a vital bridge between R&D teams and end users, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
• Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and enhance instructional strategies and content delivery.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on delivering high-quality training and documentation solutions that empower users.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Telecommunications, or Technical Communication.\Proven experience in creating technical documentation and training materials, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Radio Access Products / Network Operating Systems, and telecom infrastructure.
• Professional experience with AI-based tools for content creation (e.g., document automation, video generation, or natural language processing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g. Oxygen XML editor).
• Experience in creating multimedia content such as instructional videos or interactive training modules.
• Knowledge/experience of AI-based tool and/or AL/LLM methods.
