Project Support – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. As a Project Coordinator working student you will support RFSW Feature Verification team. This department integrates and verifies new radio features in RF DU, ensuring SW DoD and milestones for radio products. RFSW Feature Verification team focuses on new HW & SW feature verification and reaching project milestones with optimized content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

.As part of our team, you will:

• Ensuring all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitating the Scrum events
• Participating in the company-wide/and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
• Assistance in the coordination of projects
• Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Supporting Local Product Owners/Team Managers/Team members
• Managing team backlog, items dependencies, and risks

REQUIRED SKILLS

You should have: 

• Active student status (for at least one year)
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
• Self-motivated, responsible, and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
• Ability to work under pressure

 It would be nice if you also had:

• Basic level of programming skills with Python languages
• Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
• Testing knowledge (ISTQB foundation level)
• Networking knowledge
• Knowledge of GIT version control system
• Knowledge of Jira
